Bar Service Staffing
Bar service to be provided by LRFC and its Social Group. This service is staffed, insured, and supplied at no additional cost to renter. Gratuities are the property of the bar staff.
Outside Alcohol
No outside alcohol permitted, all alcohol needs to be purchased through our license
What time is close-up?
Bar closes at 1am and all guests are to be gone by 2am. Any over time will be charged at 100.00 per hour.
Bar Menu and Pricing
Bar menu and prices available upon request… $5.00 per bottle corkage fee on table wines
Clean Up Fees
Hall and grounds must be left in an as found condition to avoid extra clean-up charges (including return of chairs/tables to dedicated storage area)
Tables and Chairs
We have 25 x 60-inch round tables and 200 folding plastic banquet chairs.
Use of Athletic Field
ZERO Athletic use of sports fields will be tolerated or covered in insurance
Special Requests
Any special requests for bar selection, grounds usage, and staffing must be discussed prior to contract signing
Exclusive use of Property
We do not include or guarantee exclusive use of property (i.e. sport fields) for interior hall event rentals
