“Concussions, the number 1 topic surrounding sports in recent years are very prevalent within the sport of Rugby. You should be aware of a new research-based program across the GTA (5 clinic locations) to deal specifically with the issue of concussions in youth sports from the level of the association.
10-20% of your athletes will get a concussion this year, making this the single most prevalent injury. Please take the time to consider implementing this program to keep your athletes safe and help them recover quicker! Why risk it?

Sunday is our night for Bingo Bingo to support the junior programmes at the club. As a revenue generation, it has been the mainstay of the juniors but is in decline. We need to support Bingo, so consider once or twice this season to get a group of friends together and go to Bingo Bingo on a Sunday. See our calendar here.
