No team came out winners from Lindsay yesterday. Pagans had their way with all three teams. Mens 1 was a tight matchup, and was going either way. Lindsay did seem to have the run of things, offloading and then scoring well, the errors slipped in at crucial moments and three Pagan tries were as a result of interceptions in the hand off. Second half not as crisp as the first half, first warm day and not all match fit was beginning to add up. This is the Marshall and 80 minutes is 80 minutes, the first yellow in the last 20 minutes Lindsay was going to keep it tight, however the second yellow 4 minutes later sealed their fate. Nevertheless, great to be back watching rugby at this level and renewing old rivalry. Peterborough is the class of the division at the moment, so a split match up with the home game August 9th may see the teams really settle into an excellent return
