As Rugby Ontario continues to move forward by seeking to improve as an organization, we are proposing that Rugby Ontario’s Board move to a Policy-Governed Board from an Operational-Governed Board, with the changes to be approved at the December 8, 2013 AGM for immediate implementation.
there will be changes to the structure. For the complete memo sent to all Ontario Rugby Clubs, please click here. For the background to the changes, please click here. There is also a structural chart of how the new board will function here, for easy reference on who reports to whom.
